Cross-Line Recruiting - The main concern!

Many network marketing companies are extremely protective of their distributors, and do not want to lose them to other network marketing companies. So they add restrictive cross-line recruiting clauses to their distributor agreements, along with the threat of deactivation if those clauses are violated.

Here are two generally accepted definitions of MLM cross-line recruiting:

• Cross-line recruiting occurs when a key distributor moves from one company to another taking a large organization with him or her.
• Cross-line recruiting occurs when a distributor uses contacts that he or she develops while working at one MLM company to solicit distributors to join a competing company.

The Team Building Project DOES NOT:

• Encourage you to leave your current opportunity. In fact, if you're building a successful business, by all means continue.
• Compete with your existing network marketing company.

Remember, the TBP IS NOT a network marketing company or business opportunity. The TBP doesn't even have a compensation plan. The TBP is simply a platform that anyone can join for free and then decide for themselves how they want to participate.

Whether you are using the TBP system to build a global downline organization, or to join one or more TBP business opportunity partners and develop additional income streams, the choice is yours!

Therefore, sharing the TBP with your network marketing contacts is not cross-line recruiting!
