The answer is NO! You cannot sponsor someone if you have not joined that opportunity yourself.
On the other hand, if you HAVE joined one of our business opportunity partners, then anyone you sponsor in the TBP will automatically be sponsored by YOU if they enroll in the same opportunity.
The whole point of the TBP is to position yourself to earn multiple income streams. To achieve this you MUST join one or more of our business opportunity partners.
If you have not made the commitment to join one or more of our offered business opportunities, how can you expect to sponsor someone in an opportunity? That's impossible. The new enrollee will simply compress up to the first person in your TBP upline that has joined that particular opportunity.
The purpose of the ad you're referring to is to attract as many people as possible into your global TBP downline. Some will join the same opportunities you have joined, and some will not. The bottom line is you cannot earn any income unless you join an opportunity AND build your TBP downline.
